The world of sport is coming alive in April with major football, cricket and rugby tournaments taking place. Sport brings people from around the world together and unites us and together we can overcome everything.
This April has enough action to cater for every sport enthusiast out there. The Proteas will host Pakistan for the Betway Pink ODI series which consists of three matches and the KCF T20I with a total of four matches. The first leg of the semi finals also takes place later in the month 27 th and 28 th of April. The final match of the Uefa Champions League is taking place on the 29 th of May in Istanbul at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.
The Preparation Rugby Series has given South Africans the opportunity to see that best that South African provincial rugby has to offer. The month of April also brings in a new era in SA rugby as four teams (DHL Stormers, Vodacom Bulls, Cell C
Sharks and Emirates Lions) will be participating in the new Guinness PRO14 & Rainbow Cup against 12 teams from Italy, Wales, Ireland, and Scotland. The first kick off of tournament will take place on the 17 th of April and the final match of this 57 match competition will take place on the 19 th of June.
