This month’s IOL Television magazine looks at one of the most fascinating and addictive genres: reality TV. Love them or loathe them, the Kardashians are one of history’s most iconic reality TV family – and the wealthiest. Let’s be honest, when Ryan Seacrest introduced us to them, he created a monster in us all. We couldn’t stop watching. As their legacy draws to an end with season 20, we look at 20 of their unforgettable moments. We also look at the reality couples who split up after bagging their own shows. Oh, and recently engaged celebrity couple, Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha have bagged their own reality series, which will hit our screens next year. This edition also flags the most popular shows from The Real Housewives franchise, as well as the best dating, food and travel shows. And we pick out our best and worst presenters on three of SA’s top-rated shows.

This edition gives Mzansi plenty to watch and talk (or tweet) about.
